peacefully on Febsuary 13, 1991 at
Lions Gate Hospital in her 96th year.
Pioneer Lynn Valley. Survived by daugh-
ters Beatrice Meadows, Hester and hus-
band Nels Kerr, Betty Ross, son Aifsed
and wife Del Hustwait also grandchii-
dren and great grandchildren. Services
to be held at the West Lynn Vailey Bap-
tist Church, 1335 East 27th St, Lynn
Valiey on Friday, February 22 at 2:30pm

GILLMORE - Jack peacefully on Febru-
ary 17, 1991 at the age of 88. Survived
’ by his loving wife Margaret; son Barrie
and his wife Ann; grandchildren
Christopher, Grahata and Dianna
Fairweather; brothers Robert and
Donatd; sister Priscilla Cast and many
other loving relatives.
Jack was born in Boston, Massachusetts,
U.S.A. on July 15, 1902 and moved to
Vancouver in 1910, He graduated from
Britannia High Schoo! at age 15 and
commenced his business career with the
Franktin automobile dealership, followed
by his marine sales aad service fim on
the Coal Harbout waterfront untit 1947.
For the next 40 years he was in the sea!
estate business.
Jack loved the stage and broadcasting.
for which he was recently recognized as
a pioneer of Canadiar. sadio drama. He
was proud of his 50 year life member-
ship in the International Association of
Lions Clubs.
A memorial service will be held at 4:00
p.m., Thursday February 21 in the Brat
Chapel of First Memorial Funeral Ser-
vices, 1505 Lilleoe? Road, North ‘/an-
couves, B.C. De, C. Pau! McKinnos of-
fictating. Cremation. in tieu of flowers,
donations may be made to the B.C.
