On Monday, Feb, 23, Professoi Murray Rankin of the University of Victoria will moderate the en- vironmental debaie. Panelists will include Paul War- son, whose Sea Shepherd Conser- vation Society claims to have sabo- taged Iceland's only whale- processing plant last November. Also on the panel will be News columnist Bob Hunter, who is also the former president and chief ex- ecutive officer for the Greenpeace Foundation; Professor Alvin Esau, faculty of law, University of Manitoba; and B.W.F. McLoughlin, QC, Lawrence and Shaw, Vancouver. Native self-government will be debated by a panel chaired by Pro- fessor Andrew Thompson, faculty of law, University of B.C. and chairman of the CBA's special committee on native justice.
