recommended that multiple
family dwellings no higher
than four storeys be con-
structed in the same block,

Theft
charges

CHARGES OF theft over
$200, possession of stolen

against two men.

Campbell, 22, both with no
fixed address, were picked up
by police in the area of 27th
Street and Whitley Court
