Dear friends:

For the past few years we've been very busy -
planning , designing and creating an exciting
development on the North Shore.

Raven Woods is a project we take great
pride in. The property, ringed with trees and
overlooking the ocean, has been cherished by
the Tsleil-Waututh First Nation for hundreds
of years. When we decided to share it with
others, it was not a decision we made quickly.
Together with our partners we are creating a
community which not only mirrors its breathtaking surroundings but is of excellent
quality. We believe it to be the best value on the North Shore.

Now, the time for which many of us have been waiting is drawing near. We are about
to begin marketing Deerfield by the Sea — the crown jewel in the Raven Woods
development. As the southern-most phase in the community, Deerfield by the Sea
will have 4 sweeping view of Burrard Inlet, Burnaby Mountain and the Second
Narrows Bridge with the city skyline as a backdrop.

We invite you to join us this Saturday, September {3th and
Sunday, September |4th for our Grand Opening of
Deerfield by the Sea. Come join the festivities — balloons,
hot dog. and refreshments will be served.
