The Cultural Services section of the
West Vancouver Parks and Recre-
ation Department has an opening tor
Recreation Fecitity Clerk, working
out of the upper floor office of the
Ferty Building Gallery at Ambleside
Landing. This is a Permanent part-
time position (20 hours per weeb),
Primary duties include computer
work; providing information on ex-
hibitions, programs and services by
telephone or in the office; process-
ing bookings and rentals: cash hand-
ling and seporting: filing: record
keeping of payroll. time: heats for
Permanent, Casual and Contract
staff; assisting in scheduling volun-
teer coverage for gallery operations
and performing related duties as
tequired.

Desirable qualificetions include;
Computer knowledge and word pro-
cessing experience (data base
management, Word, Access and Ex-
ce, cash handling . experience,
knowledge of cammunity arts pro
grams and services, demonstrated
ability to work ellectively with the
public and volunteers.
