Ziaollah Roshani, 27, of North
Vancouver, was fined $100 after he
pleaded guilty to being the driver of
a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run
accident with an unattended vehicle
oh Nov. 17, 1993, in North
Vancouver City.

North Vancouver provincial court

Colin David Bennett, 27. of
North Yancouver, was fined $250
and had his driver's licence suspend-
ed two months after he pleaded
guilty to being the driver involved in
a hit-and-run accident with an uot
tended vehicle on Nev, $7, 1993, in
North Vancouver District.

North Vancouver provincial court
on April 13:

Richard Samuel Shakes, 26, of
Richmond, was fined $100 atter he
pleaded guilty to stealing groceries
belonging to Canada Safeway on
Jan. 26 in North Vancouver City.

John Mungo Webster, 32, of
North Vancouver, was fined $250
alter he pleaded guilty to possessing
marijuana on Dec. 20, 1993, in
Hope.

North Vancouver provincial court
on April t3:

’ Jacquie Marie Morgan, 25, of
West Vancouver, received 12
months’ probation after she pleaded
guilly to stealing groceries belonging
to Extra Foods (420308 B.C. Ltd.)
on Feb, 27 in North Vancouver City,

Morgan was required to, pay $50
restitution to the numbered compa-
ny.

A probation term order states that
Morgan is not to go into the Extra
Foods store on Lonsdale Avenue. °

Vancouver, received six months’
probation after she was found guilty
‘of stealing groceries belonging to
Canada Safeway on Dec. 24, 1993,

months’ probation after they pleaded
guilty to defrauding Eaton's of a
MasterCard credit consisting of
$405.84 on April 17, 1993, in West

provincial court on March 7:

Peter Lee Gagen, 27, of Quetzino
Sound, B.C., was fined a total of
$800 and received 60 days probation
after he pleaded guilty to possessing
stolen licence plates and driving
witheut insurance on June 23, 1993,
