Question: My father died recently and I am the executor of his will, I have reason to believe that the will I have a copy of may uot be the only one he made. How can I find out if there was another will? Are wills made in other provinces valid in B.C.? I aiso moved here from Ontario. Do I need to change my will to a B.C. will? Answer: A change of residence to another province does not mean that you have to prepare a new will. The Wills Act of B.C. says that a will made outside the province can govern the distribution of personal property in B.C. as long as the existing will meets B.C. re- quirements for a valid will. Remember that the most recent will is considered the valid will. Harvey Crowie spent many years developing a way to speed up the healing process. His research includes both the prac- tical experience of relieving acute pain and discomfort after an inju- ry and long-term rehabilitation. Much of the information is based on the techniques of first aid and the function of the ner- vous system and the brain. HealReel offers a new method of relaxation, which is designed to speed up the healing process. It is based on the premise that if the nervous system functions at op- timum rate, the body itself is the best healer. In conjunction with a proper medical treatment, the HealReel exercises are capable of helping people to significantly reduce their recovery time, while at the same time alleviating some of the pain and-making them more comforta- ble, say meeting organizers. The exercise presented will be appropriate for a group setting. The Bosom Buddy meeting will be held on Monday, Nov. 30 at 7:30 p.m. in the Fireside Room at Delbrook Baptist Church, 515 West Windsor St. in North Van- couver. Everyone is welcome and advis- ed to wear comfortable, loose clothing. For more information call 926-1178 or 984-4460. Make your move...
