Although her time is increasingly
taken up with her business,
Castelsky says that working at
home has distinct advantages for
women and is also a learning expe-

rience for her three sons.

“fT think it gives them an appre-
ciation of what goes into work,”
she says.

Meanwhile, hanging over a work
table in her converted family room
is a sign that many at-home work-
ing mothers will appreciate: ‘‘!
wanted to go out and change the
world but i couldn't find a baby
sitter. So I started a home-based
business!"
