The four will face a total of eight counts of possession of marijuana for the purpose of trafficking, drug traffick- ing and conspiracy to traffic in marijuana as the result of the seizure of $7,000 worth of highgrade pot. John Majtenyi, 47, was ar- rested Friday following RCMP investigation into Renovation ‘allegations that the mam was demanding money to pre- vent damage from being done to graves under his care. The man was employed by the City of North Van- couver. He has resigned. It is alleged that Majtenyi approached the relatives of one recently-deceased man and suggested that he be paid to prevent vandals and animals such as deer and bears from damaging the grave site. The relatives complained to the city, which turned the matter over to the RCMP for investigation. Police say one grave suf- fered minor damage.
