Undercover police testimo- ny revealed Moroury stated he wanted to shoot Mirhadi and lost an argument with Caster as to who would pull the trig- ger. Moroury was recorded stating that he held the movie exit door open to ensure Caster’s escape. Mcroury was filmed in july 1997 during the undercover police investigation. The B.C.
