More than that, and as if

advice to death in the past,
remember the right-of-way
needs to be given to you
before you «as take it.

Never assume —- you'll
just make an ass out of u
and the poor sod who mows
you aver,

And a quick note to dri-
vers: Please be extra atren-
tive at night and try giving
way to pedestrians more
often.

They are cold or wet or
both, after all, while you are
most likely in a nice warm
car,

Go ahead and laugh at
their misery, if you must,
but give way if they need it.

You may even get a
thankfal little wave of the
hand.

For what five lies of oil
and a filter costs, compared to
the cost of engine damage, it is
always better to change the oil
and filter more often than

might be absolutely necessary
rather than risk not changing it
often znough.

Get into the habit of check-
ing the engine oil level and
adding as vequired at each stop.
