JUST FIVE short months after
Kreg Weiss. approached fellow
Gold’s Gym fitness instructor
Lyndsay Carr about teaming up as
an aerobics pairs team, the dynamic
duo placed third at - the Canadian
championships.

On Sept, 30, Carr, age 20, and

’ » Weiss, 23, competed in their first-

ever:Canadian National Aerobics -

to capture the bronze medal in the
mixed pairs’ competition.

Earlier in September, the Team
Gold's pair won a simulation com-
petition for, B.C; competitors head-
ing for the Nationals.

Carr has been teaching aerobics
for the past two years, and has 12

competitions.
