APRICOT BREAD

1% cups shredded zucchini

1 tsp. cinnamon

1 egg

% tsp. salt

1% cup flour

% cup chopped dried apricots

i 2 tsp. vanilla

1 tsp baking soda

% tsp. cloves

% cup sugar

% tsp baking powder
1K% cup oil

Preheat oven to 350°. Spray
pan. Mix zucchini, sugar, oi!
and egg together. Stir in
remaining ingredients with
apricots last. Pour into pan

and bake 60-70 minutes. Test
with toothpick. Serve when
ready. | ;
