Taste of Vancouver Great Chefs Cookbook, $29.95 Four great local chefs, three from North Shore restaurants, were at the Lonsdale Quay last Saturday to sign copies of Taste of Vancouver. The book features recipes from 33 Vancouver-area chefs and 27 of the area’s best restaurants. It was written by West Van- couver's Edena Sheldon, an inter- national food writer and food sty- list, and includes striking four- color photography from john Sherlock. All proceeds from the book go to Vancouver's Food Runners program, which delivers prepared and perishable food to the local needy.
