Fareweii party to honor teacher

A FAREWELL party to honor
teacher Jay Connop wili be held on
Friday, April 27 from 8 p.m. to 1

*"Connop has taught three and
four-year-old children at
Maplewood Parent Participation
Preschool since March 1981. She
was then a member of the parent
participation school with her se-
cond child. When a teaching posi-

tion was unexpectedly vacated,
Connop took over and has been
with the school nine years.

Parents and friends are invited
to attend the party, to be held at
the Seymour Golf and Country
Club, 3723 Mount Seymour Pkwy.

There will be entertainment and
dancing and a chance to get ac-
quainted with other parents and
friends.
