If your common-law spouse is claiming a dependant’s exemption with respect to your children, i@t your é OL his net income for the entire year must be aggregated with yours when calculating the amount of Child Tax Credit available to you. A. Yes you should because there may be an additional amount of Child Tax Credit available to you.
