Investigation has revealed only that the body was at the Hollyburn site for as long as three years — any time be- tween the spring of 198] and the fall of 1983. The police have full dental charts from the body but so far have been unable to match them with those on file with den- tists who have been con- ‘tacted. Police describe the dead man as a white male, be- tween 20 and 35 years of age. He was tall, of medium build and had his own teeth with a substantial amount of dental work. That's the word North Vancouver RCMP who have launched a crackdown on cyclists who are not obeying the rules of road as spelled out in the provincial Motor Vehicles Act. If you’re caught con- travening those rules and found guilty, police say, you could be fined as much as from $35 for each infraction.
