To my friends and customers...

I’m taking this opportunity — the 6th anniversary of the
Sunday News — to bring you up to date on what we
have been doing at North Van Autobrake. |

We opened our doors on 18 July, 1968, thus
becoming the North Shore's first and original brake
shop. Business grew rapidly, and in 1977 we moved to
our present location, advertising our move in the first
edition of the Sunday News. In 1978 we were able to
add wheel alignment to our service. Our customers
were happy with what we did for them and we got many
requests to expand our services even further. | sup-
pose our customers felt safe and secure coming to
and wanted to come in for more than just brakes and
alignment.

Now they can. We are proud to announce our latest
expansion — as of April 1, we become the North
Shore’s only CarLine muffler outlet. CarLine dealers
across Canada are supplied by number 1 manufacturer
of original exhaust systems in the country — Walker
Canada. They also carry the largest and most complete
inventory of exhaust parts in Western Canada. And they
have a national guarantee second to none.

What this means to you — our customer — is that we
can supply you with quick, efficient muffler service, no
matter what model or year, and at a very good price.
