By GILL SHAW Concerned residents ol the Lynmour area told North Vancouver District Mayor Don Bell they want a new road to Capilano College. Thirty representatives from six strata units on Lillooet Hill met with Mayor Don Bell last Wednesday evening to voice their concerms over the traffic congestion on access roads to their homes. Lillooet Road is the only access road to the area and residents along the road complained that Capilano College students are guilty of speeding on their way to and from the college.
