Following previous practice, there will be no nominations from the floor. The deadline for nomina-
tions to be received by the Secretary of the Society is Wednesday, May 15, 1991 at 5:00 p.m.

Nominees and nominators must be members in good standing of the Society. Each nomination
must be accompanied by a signed statement from the nominee indicating their willingness to
stand for election and that their residence is in the area for which they have been nominated.
