dough as you need and form into
balls about the size of a golf ball.
Place on greased cookie sheet,
cever and let rise in a warm place

Peggy’s Angel Food Dessert

1 prepared angel food cake,
baked in a tube pan

1 double lemon jello mix
% pint whipping cream, whipped
1 tin crushed pineapple, drained
1 tin pineapple rings
1 small jar maraschino cherries

Remove crusts from cake. Cut
cake into three layers. Wash and
Pam spray the pan you baked the
cake in.

Prepare jello according to
package directions, using % cup
less water than called for.

Chill until almost set. Whip until
fluffy with hand mixer. Gently
fold in whipped cream and well-
drained crushed pineapple.

Decorate bottom of tin with
pineapple rings and cherries. Pour
a little of the jello mixture over
them to hold them in place. Alter-
nate layers of cake with jello mix-
ture, making sure the jello seeps
down the sides. Wrap and chill
several hours or overnight.
