[across from the Coach House Motor Inn] 3. at the first session of the course - however, preregistration is recommended. | ‘ADMISSION - Community Education courses are non-credit. No formal education prerequisite is required. MINIMUM ENROLMENTS - The College reserves the right to cancel any course for which registration does not reach the required minimum, to withdraw, postpone, or combine classes or change instructors. Fees for courses cancelled by the College will be refunded in full. WITHDRAWALS AND REFUNDS - Applications for withdrawals and refund will not be accepted after the second session of a course has been held. Refunds are subject to a 20% administration charge. Fees paid in respect of supplies and materials are not refundable. TRANSFERS - A student may transfer from one course to another, if space is available and permission of the instructor is obtained. Applications for transfer must be made before the third regularly scheduled session of the course. Fees are not transferable from one semester to another. COURSE LOCATIONS - Courses are offered in a number of locations. Please read the course description carefully to determine exact locations. Addresses are found elsewhere in this brochure. | BOOKS AND SUPPLIES - In courses for which a supply fee has been charged, students will be provided with basic supplies to equip them to complete the projects required in the course. if additional supplies are required for extra or more advanced projects, the student will be responsible for cost and procurement. For other courses, the instructor will indicate, during the first session of the course, whether books and supplies are required and where they may be obtained. ATTENTION: SENIOR CITIZENS All Community Education courses are free to persons age 65 and over. (Charyes for materials will be made where applicable.)
