Brush with cgg wash. Pierce the top to allow the steam to escape. Bake in the oven for about 2 hours, on the middle rack. Ic’s better with a quick decanr into a large fruit jar to blow off some of the more obvious fruit notes and settles down to quite a drink- able, unique wine.
