Why go to all
the bother?

I HAVE often wondered, as does British physicist Stephen
Hawking, why the universe goes to all the bother of ex-

isting.

Not that I suppose life is neces-
sarily a ‘*bother.’’ It’s no
“bother’ to go to sleep at night
(when sufficiently tired). It can
certainly be a ‘“‘bother’’ to get up
in the morning, however.

We have aif wondered, ‘‘Why
bother?’’ But just who/what is the
“bothered?” What is the ‘‘uni-
verse,” anyway?

Who/what ‘‘bothers’’ to create,
sustain, maintaia it/us and ...
what’s the point?

Why does “‘infinity’? become
‘“finite?’’ Best answer, for me:
“Play!"? Why ‘‘play?’’ Why aot?

Let’s play with ‘“‘The Great In-
vocation’: From the point of
Light (whatever that actually is
within the mind of the Source and
ground of all beingness, let Light
stream forth into the minds of
men and women everywhere. Let
Light descend on Earth.

From the point of Love within
the Heart of all consciousness, fet
