Stolen goods returned to family A HAPPY North Vancouver family recovered some stolen prop- erty recently thanks to eagle-eyed North Shore News readers. On Friday, July 13, a photograph of a family was published on page 3 of the News. Last December, the photo was found amongst a cache of goods, mostly jewelry, discovered under a bush in the 4000-block of Delbrook. North Vancouver RCMP, unable to link the goods with any of the break-ins fisted on their books, turned to the News for help, hoping that readers woud be able to identify the family so their property could be returned. Before noon on the day the newspaper was published, the fam- ily was identified as the Vincent-Lamberts of Regent Street in North Vancouver. The famiiy’s home had been broken into in August 1988.
