a guest, keep out of the way.

Water is a major problem.
Most .homes are on water
meters and are rationed as to
how much they can use.
Don't-get-in ‘the shower and
run it full-blast for 15
minutes. Aside from
draining the tiny hot water
tank, you ‘ll drive your hosts
crazy. '

Next, many parts of the
world have strict water
rationing. In Italy, it isn't

unusual to find the water ‘

Electric lighting is far

fed me cabbage rolls and
crisp bread. that. got me
through the day.

Next time I visit Europe or
South America as a house
guest, my “kit bag” will

granola bars.
