Southam Inc. President Gordon Fisher said the report was impractical and drastic. Libya slams U.S. ‘terrorism’ BEIRUT, Lebanon - Libya warmed the United States Friday against “premeditated terrorism” and said it will “cut off the head” of anyone who plots against it.
