4c. Harvey's Bristol Cream
1 dash Worchestershire sauce
Marinate together for 4 hours.
1 Tbsp. butter
red onion
white onion
button mushrooms
35% cream

Sear beef. Remove from pan after 3 minutes on
each side. Place in 350° oven.

Saute onions, for 2 minutes, add mushrooms, cook
for a few minutes more, add sherry (1 oz. to i tb. of
meat} add all marinade, add cream and reduce over
low heat until thickened. Add steak. Stir into sauce.

Serve with potatoes and vegetables.
