While { do not wish to
belabor the points raised in
my letter of Fiiday, April
19, Mr. Reynolds’ response
of May 10 begs further
comment.

General Revenue grants to
school districts have not
been substantially increased
to compensate for the $87
million reduction in non-

strongly to Doug Collins’
equation of free speech to
the right to teach hate in the
classroom. James Keegstra
was spreading the most
virulent hatred by the use of
