Nor’westers make track meet News

MEMBERS of the
Nor’Westers Track and Field
Club travelled to Langley
last Saturday for the News
Conference, and came back

with creditable  per-
formances.

with first place finishes in the
80 metre hurdles, and the
200 metre and 800 metre
runs. He also came fourth in
the shotput and fifth in the
long jump.

Knoll hits the road

ROAD racing on the West
Coast is now underway for
the 1982 season and Marty
Knoll is again out there right
in the thick of things in the
Formula Vee cars wars.
Though plans made last
fall included moving up to
the Formula Ford class for
this season, Knoll found that
rapidly increasing costs in

Knoll has decided to stay
with the Formula Vee class a
while longer and therefore is
poing atit with a vengeance.

previous best times for both
