A plan for Tempe Heights was prepared last year and presented to council early this year, but details have Rezoning planned for fire ravaged block The block of buildings on Marine Drive in North~ Vancouver badly damaged by fires over the last few weeks will be rezoned to try and relieve traffic congestion in the area. North Vancouver District council] voted last week to prepare a bylaw to rezone the block from 1041 to 1095 Marine Drive from C1 to C2. Early last month the _properties from 1069 to 1095 Marine Drive were destroyed by a fire and then on August 26 a restaurant at 1045 Marine Drive was damaged by another fire. The restaurant and ad- joining buildings were hit by fire again last week.
