needs it a chance to reflect, a
chance to share their feelings
with others.”

from Kamloops four months
ago, says relationships to
those lost in the Boeing 747
that crashed 200 kilometres
southwest of Ireland, reaches

Parking fines up

THE RATIONALE was that
it was *‘cheap’’ parking, so
West Vancouver council
doubled the current $5 fine
for overtime parking and
added another $5 to the $10
fine for other parking of-
fenses.
