Tastefully landscaped with a vanety of trees and shrubs, the house is 2500 sq. ft. with three bedrooms, two and a half baths, and a large family room which has a brick fire- place and cedar panelling. Off the family room next to the kitchen, is a deck at the rear of the house. The living room is sunken and features a vaulted cedar ceiling and a floor to ceiling Squamish rock fire place. Off the kitchen is the formal dining room which is several feet wider than the norm. There is a laundry room off the family room with the usual apphances. The whole house is full of antique furniture which George and Erika have been collecting for a number of years, some of it dating back 150 years. Erika told the News what she really likes about the house is the great location.
