Sept. 17 from Noon - §:30 pm STARTING DATES ACADEMIC courses start week of Sept. 14. Second Semester starts week of Feb. 8. VOCATIONAL courses start week of Sept. 21. GENERAL INTEREST courses start week of Sept. 21. SCHOOL OF COMMERCE takes new students at the beginning of each month. HOLIDAYS Classes will not be held on the following days: LABOUR DAY Mon. Sept.7 THANKSGIVING - Mon. Oct.12 REMEMBRANCE Day - Wed. Nov.11 CHRISTMAS BREAK - Dec.21-Jan.1 SPRING BREAK - Apr.S-Apr.12 VICTORIA DAY - Mon. May 24 NOTE: Please check your brochure re the specific course in which you are registered. Some vocational and general interest courses have strating dates which vary from those shown above, and, if so, it wil] be indicated. FEES All fees are to be paid on or before che first night of tnstroction. Admission to an Academic classroom requires presentation of the “paid” receipt. Payment mast be made in full by cash or cheque. Students shoald retain reccipts for Income Tax purposes—no duplicate will he issued. Requests for refunds must be made in writing within ten days. If approved, 80% of the fees will be refunded. Senior Citizens can attend most courses offered at onc-hall the course fee. Senior citizens must pay the full fee for courses sponsored by other agencies—e.g. Driver Training, St. John’s First- Ald, and Welding. Human Resources recipients should discuss payment of tecs with their social worker. Most General Interst courses are avaliable at one and a half times a single in- stractional fce to any hasband and wife/couples who take the same course. Where material or texts are involved te the feces listed, the full fee for material or texts must be paid. This docs not apply to classes with {imited or low cnrolment.* The Adult Education Department bs prepared to try to accommodate any group of 12 or more adults who may wish to have a particular program made avaliable.
