rent or purchase. Rent is approximately $5 to $7 per month and

District seeks art

THE DISTRICT of North Vancouver wishes to commission an
artist to produce public art for the atrium of its newly renovated
municipal hall. The deadline for submissions is Friday, Sept. 16.
The budget is $65,006, inclusive of all artist fees and installation
costs.

The commission is open to all practicing professional artists;
those artists residing on the North Shore are particularly encour-
aged to apply. An information package is available for any artist
wishing to submit a proposal. it can be picked up at the reception
