1 wish to respond to Doug Col-
lins’ article of Oct. 6, ‘“Nibbled to
death by Liberal ducks.’’

He has several important facts
wrong. Firstly, 98% of women. are
not sexually abused; he was ob-
viously looking at the statistics for
First Nations women, where for
many reasons, the percentage. is
unfortunately much higher than

. for the average woman in Canada.

Or if he was reading from the
teport of the Canadian Panel on
Viclence Against Women, in con-
text, the high percentage is quite
