Hoskins Road residents Dan and Sharon Simunic have brought seven charges against the municipality alleging that the pollution control permit authorizing the operation of the landfill was contravened in January in that garbage dumped there was not covered daily with topsoil. Identical charges have also been laid against District Engineer John Bremner and Deputy Engineer Harry McBride.
