milk. Sift together flour, bak-
ing, pow der and salt, then
blend into creamed misture.
Divide dough in halfand chill
for an hour so it’s easier to
work with.

On a lightly floured surface
roll out half the dough to
about X-inch in thickness,

leaving the other half to keep
cold. Use cookie cutters or a
cup or glass to cut out the
shapes vou'd like, then deco-
rate or bake plain to ice later.

Bake on cookie sheet in
375¥F oven for about 6-8 min-
utes. Cool slightly before
removing to a rack, Makes
about 24 cookies.
