juggles a hectic schedule —
especially at this time of the
year. He did, however,
make time to tour
photographer Mike
Wakefield around the hotel
and its grounds, including a
stop at the ‘‘mascot’’ Rolls
Royce that’s a well-known
sight outside the Tudor
building (right).

Although he says he has
few hobbies because the
business takes up so much
time, the efforts expended
by Corsi, his partners and
staff members have clearly
paid off: in its 1988/89
year, the hotel had a 92 per
cent occupancy rate.

“! have absolutely no

competition,’’ the 44-
year-old Corsi stated.
“Not because we're nec-
essarily the best, but

because we’re unique.”
