An exhibition of hand-woven
garments will be on display at the
Greater Vancouver Weavers’ and
Spinners’ Guild. Called Design on
the Diagonal, the juried exhibition
will be on display from Nov. 15 to
December at the Community Arts
Council of Vancouver, tocated at

fifth annual Luxury and Lingerie
Auction on Nov. 27 at 8 p.m. at
the Arts Club Revue Theatre on
Granville Island. The auction will
feature antique lingerie, nightwear,
antique Japanese kimonos and
more. For the first time estate jew-
elry — which will be displayed one
hour prior to the 8 p.m. start in
the Revue lobby — will be up for
