free quit smoking programs

on the North Shore
beginning January 18.

The program, known as
Operation Kick It, will be
available as part of the
evening programs at Lon-
sdale Elementary School,
Queen Mary Community
School, North Vancouver
Recreation Centre and West
Vancouver Recreation
Centre. Participants will
attend one two-hour session
each week for eight weeks.
