The Magnolia Community Care Society is looking for a qualified
person to ensure a high standard of care in the operation of this
Sed ‘unionized facility, including all staffing responsibilities,
labour relaticns, communication with program partners, policy {-
setting, coordination of resident care plan implementation and
work load assignment to nurses, mental health workers: and
cook.

A clinical background in psychiatric nursing, knowledge of the
Community Care Facility Act, and valid first aid are required.

The successful applicant will have at least three years excer-
ence in staff supervision and effective team cormemunication | ina
residential mental health setting. — -

Salary is $5,000.00 per month for this temporary position.
