Premier Glen: Clark, Highways Minister Lois Boone, North Vancouver politicians and construction representatives will celebrate the milestone at the Westview overpass site on Thursday morning. Walter & SCI Construction (Canada) Ltd. project manager Chris Hardwick said the $25- million project is ahead of schedule. “The completion date for the project is June 30, and we're hoping to be fully com- plete sometime in April,” said Hardwick.
