Lifestyles__ Salute to the Carol THE WRAP-UP event of West Vancouver's 75th anniversary year celebration will be a Salute to the Carol Ships on Sunday, Dec. 13 at 7 p.m. Families and friends can gather at Ambleside Park and Dundarave Pier to exchange greetings with those aboard the ships. Eight bon- fires, including one at Dundurave, will be lit along the waterfront. In Ambleside, members of the West Vancouver Band will provide music and choirs from Caulfeild and Ridgeway schools will sing old and new carols. Special candles will be placed along the seawall by local cubs, scouts and guides. A visit from Santa Claus and a fireworks display will add to the evening’s entertainment.
