THE FOLLGWING people ap-
peared in North and West Van-
couver provincial courthouses over
the past week to face various crim-
inal charges laid against them.

Before Judge J.D. Layton in
North Vancouver provincial court
February 2:

Michael Patrick Edmundson was
fined $500 after the 26-year-old
man was found guilty of failing to
stop his motor vehicle when re-
quested to by a police officer.
Before Judge J.D. Layton in
North Vancouver provincial court
January 30:

Constantinos Biasilios
Nikolopoulos was sentenced to
eight days in jail after the 21-
year-old North Vancouver man
pleaded guilty to a charge of driv-
ing while prohibited.

Before Judge J.D. Layton in
North Vancouver provincial court
January 29:

Bruce William Hanzlick was
fined $250 after the 22-year-old
North Vancouver man was found
guilty on a charge of failing to re-
main at the scene of an accident.
Before Judge J.D. Layton in
North Vancouver provincial court
January 28:

Paul Sotek was fined $100 after
the 41-year-old Vancouver man
was found guilty on a charge of
theft vuder $1,000.
