About this time last year I
gave you: my favorite
Teriyaki Sauce recipe and
I’ve had a lot of requests for
it from readers who have
mislaid their clipping. It goes
well on almost anything but
especially - on steak -or
chicken. :

Allow plenty of time to
marinate the meat, turning
often. Baste frequently while
cooking, ‘either on the grill
or in the oven.

Teriyaki Suace
Y cup soy sauce -
Y% cup salad oil
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 teaspoon (or more) -
garlic powder —

and Brian recommends it.

— stock up on Scotch Buy
trash bags — I’ve tried them
and they hang together just
as well as the expensive
brands and a whole lot bet-
ter than the el-cheapo ones
sold in department stores.
