The 103D Thunderbird Air Cadet Squadron, after disbanding for summer holidays, resumed operations last Wednesda with their first training parade of the 1981-82 year. The returning cadets and prospective members were primarily preoccupied with administrative matters at the Squadron Headquarters, Sth and Forbes Ave. in North Vancouver. The most urgent order of business was the exchange and fitting of the free uniforms provided for the cadets. The uniforms that the 13-18 year old cadets wore in June seem always too small after the summer break. Capt. R.
