Conservancy to purchase property

THE Land Conservancy of British Columbia
(TLC) has launched a campaign to purchase and
preserve the last residentially-zoned oceanfront
property in the Greater Vancouver area near Deep

Cove.

The non-profit Land trust announced Wednesday at a press conterence it
had secured option agreements for the 19 lots that comprise the 130-acre
tract of land, situated halfway up Indian Aem and wedged between the
Mount Seymour and Indian Arm Prov 1 Parks.

was overturned on Wednesday.
