BYLAW 7073 - “District of North Vansouver Zoning Bylaw, 1965, Rezoning Bylaw 1109” Applicant: The Corporation of the District of North Vancouver ~ Subject Land: Any single family zoned residential property in the District. _/ Proposed Text - The Zoning Bylaw is amended by: ~ Amendments: . 1. removing the hed and breakfast regulations from the Home Occupation Regulations in Section 405 and creating a new Section 405A for Bed and Breakfast business regulation; 2. amending Section 405 to permit only one home occupation in a building containing a bed and breakfast business; 3. eliminating the maximum floor area restriction for bed and breakcfast businesses; 4. establishing two classes of bed and breakfast businesses with limitations on the number of bed and breakfast bedrooms and parrons; 5. eliminating the prohibition on boarders and lodgers when a bed and breakfast business is in operation.
