on Oct. 9, 1998:

Rabinder Singh Johl, 28, of
Vancouver, was fined $750
and received 24 months’ pro-
bation after he pleaded guiliy
to assaulting woman with a
weapon on May 1, 1998 in
North Vancouver District.
